Welcome to the Hiestand Page. This site serves clients of the Firm and individuals referred by clients. Please do not send any confidential information in your messages, unless you have arranged to do so with a member of the Firm and the messages are encrypted.

If you are a client, and have not accessed this site recently, please send an encrypted e-mail message to the e-mail address with which you were provided, to request revised access codes. In your e-mail message, please give only your present client e-mail code, and you will be contacted promptly.

If you are in a different location than usual, in addition to your current client e-mail code, please note the number or address (telephone, data, fax, or postal) to which to respond, and whether to contact you separately concerning additional instructions.

If you are not a client, and were referred to this site by a client of the Firm, please ask the referring client for a referral e-mail number. In your e-mail message to request access to a specific item, please give your name, your e-mail address, the item code to which you were referred, and the approximate time (GMT) at which it will be convenient for you to access the information. Confidentiality and attention to clients' matters restrict responses, and authorization for access, to messages which meet these criteria.

If the access you requested is authorized, the web address (URL) you will need will be provided to you, together with confirmation of the time period during which the information will be available. You will be given access to the file during the time period stated as precisely as possible.

Due to the quantity of unsolicited e-mail that it receives in various languages, the Firm conducts business on the Internet exclusively in the English language with all but established clients.
